I have been in practice for over 25 years. My office is located in a very private, peaceful setting. I create a safe, comfortable environment so that my patients feel free to address their personal concerns. I believe that our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviors. I assist people in becoming more acute observers of their own thoughts so that they can more successfully manage how they feel. This enables them to create a life filled with more satisfaction, gratitude, and happiness. I have always worked with all ages, both individually and with couples and families. When there are school concerns, I coordinate with other professionals at the school to provide meaningful communication and understanding to further the progress of the student.
