My practice is based on developing a therapeutic relationship within which the patient can feel safe and comfortable. In this relationship we can explore and the nature of the "hurt" and the methods that can be brought to bear to relieve this "hurt". Although the major approach is cognitive behavioral, I also use hypnosis and some biofeedback to help the patient. In addition to individual therapy, group therapy for pain is also available
