You have control over being healthier and happier. As an experienced psychologist, I enjoy working collaboratively with adults and couples to help achieve this goal. I value these clients as individuals and approach them in a caring, nonjudgmental way. Although my training has provided me with a wide variety of tools, my experience has taught me which tools are most likely to help in any given situation. Some approaches I use are: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, behavioral, and interpersonal.
